Please note that it is mandatory that all guests to physically present an orginal Passport or Emirates ID upon check-in. Not soft copy of the Passport or Emirates id or GCC ID are accepted as per legal requirements.

Visitors are not allowed in the guest rooms, guests can meet the visitors in lobby.
A damage depoite of AED 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposite will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
